Journal Writing Is A Voyage To One’s Soul

You can’t change your past but you can reshape the future. Self-care is something that is deeply important to me, and I continue to practice that i started in graduate school. I keep my art journal and now specifically for my self-care as a therapist practice with my clients.

In everyday life if one can form a habit to create a journal everyday in words, or draw your emotions. It helps in creating a safe place and connecting with our inner self. This keystone habit has so much power. By journaling in the morning and evening, i noticed the incongruencies in my life. As part of my morning and post-work journaling sessions, I include some gratitude in my writing. By doing that , It will change your entire life orientation from scarcity to abundance. The world will increasingly become your oyster. I became a writer and artist through journaling. I dare say that journaling is one of the most important things to do in your life.
